Hailey Colborn, Miss Kansas TEEN USA 2018, is crowned the new Miss Teen USA by Miss Teen USA 2017, Sophia Dominguez-Heithoff and Miss Universe 2017, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters at the conclusion of the special programming event from George’s Pond at Hirsch Coliseum Friday, May 18.
